Dublin Marathon

On November 27th I ran the Dublin marathon. It was such a great event and I found out that I can push myself beyond my boundaries. I can mental and physically drive myself forwards past the wall (or great big hole) that most runners face when taking on these huge distances. I feel mentally and physically strong enough to cope with what may be thrown at me in The Clipper Round The World Yacht Race. I managed to raise some money for the Panatlantic charity during my run. Now I need to start thinking of the next physical challenge!
